- Position: Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence Specialist
- Location: Tallahassee, FL (on-site)
- Compensation: $73 - $75/hr C2C OR 1099
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Data Warehouse implementation, database design, and database administration (DBA).
- Proven track record of implementing and maintaining Oracle Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence tools, including:
- Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)
- Oracle Analytical Server (OAS)
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
- Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI)
- Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
- Extensive experience in data modeling (logical and semantic) and metadata management.
- Proficiency in SQL, OLAP, star and snowflake schemas, ETL processes, Informatica, Tidal, and Business Intelligence Application Configuration Manager (BIACM).
Skills:
- Expertise in data visualization, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving.
- Strong ability to analyze database tables, materialized views, data sets, and reports to identify and resolve gaps.
Test Planning and Coordination Resource
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in coordinating and planning complex testing activities for large ERP implementations.
- Hands-on experience in conducting various types of testing (automated, manual, integration) on large-scale IT projects.
- Proficiency in developing comprehensive testing plans that cover all integration partners, interfaces, and business processes.
Financial Reporting Resource
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting for generating Annual Comprehensive Financial Reports (ACFR) within a PeopleSoft system, specifically for governmental agencies.
- Extensive experience in reconciling general ledgers and supporting ledgers to source modules for accurate financial reporting.
- Proficiency in configuring and managing financial reporting trees within PeopleSoft.
- Experience in developing complex queries to support financial reconciliation and reporting, as well as identifying the sources of issues.
- Experience in integrating financial reporting data with external systems used for ACFR generation.
Purchasing/Accounts Payable Resource
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting purchase order (PO) and accounts payable (AP) modules within a PeopleSoft system for governmental agencies.
- Experience in adapting PeopleSoft PO/AP modules to meet the unique needs of governmental agencies.
- Proficiency in developing complex queries within PeopleSoft for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience integrating PeopleSoft with other large ERP applications.
Preferred Qualifications
Government Experience:
- Experience working with state or similar government entities in terms of annual budget and FTE employee count.
- Previous experience implementing PeopleSoft in local and state governments.
Technical Proficiency:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Visio, and MS Project.
- Experience with PeopleTools 8.59+ and fluid page development.
- Expertise in PeopleSoft Financials, Human Capital Management (HCM), and associated Business Intelligence Reporting Solutions and ADW.
Certifications:
- Professional certifications such as Oracle Certified Expert, Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist, Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP), or other related certifications.
