Job Description:
The client is seeking an Admin Assistant II for Supply Chain with:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in administrative roles.
- Skills: Detail-oriented, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel), good communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Responsibilities: Learning insurance processes, managing supplier profiles, updating contact information, and assessing compliance in the HICX portal.
- Preferred: Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook 365, Excel, Word, and handling PDF documents
