The firm's employment practice represents employers in counseling and litigation of matters involving discrimination, wrongful discharge, wage and hour, and breach of contract, including class and collective actions. Responsibilities:
· Represent employers in a range of workplace issues and disputes
· Assist clients in maneuvering complex compliance protocols
· Draft and revise workplace handbooks and policies to address new and developing legal requirements
· Draft employment letters, notices, and agreements
Required Qualifications:
· 4-6 years of employment litigation and counseling experience
· Traditional labor expertise preferred
· Strong academic credentials and writing skills
· Comfort with client interaction and desire for development/advancement opportunities
