Job Summary:
Scaled Solutions Group is seeking a skilled ERP Business Analyst to support our Implementation Project Manager in deploying Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) ERP systems. The role involves capturing customer business requirements, conducting data analysis, configuring ERP systems, testing, and providing ongoing support to ensure successful implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to capture and document business requirements accurately.
- Assist in configuring and customizing the Epicor P21 ERP system to align with client needs.
- Perform detailed data analysis to support business process improvements and ERP system optimization.
- Conduct functional testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize their understanding and utilization of the ERP system.
- Work closely with the Implementation Project Manager to monitor project progress and meet milestones.
- Develop comprehensive process documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an ERP Business Analyst, with proven experience in Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) or similar ERP systems.
- Proven ability to capture and translate business requirements into effective ERP solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and report generation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
- Identify and recommend new technologies to enhance efficiency and minimize waste.
- Establish and implement best practices and programming standards. Define requirements for implementing new application enhancements.
- Collaborate with users to gather requirements and create design solutions.
- Plan and manage the design, development, and implementation stages of application development projects.
- Draft detailed specifications to be used by programmers/analysts for application enhancements.
- Develop and execute unit, system, and user testing plans.
- Provide training and support to users.
- Lead data conversion and system implementation efforts.
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
- Assist in optimizing departmental management and team structures for efficiency.
- Perform additional tasks as required.

Preferred Skills:
- Epicor P21 - Hands on experience in the following modules a plus... Order Entry, Service orders, Production / Secondary processing, AR/AP
- Experience with data migration, integration, and report writing within the Epicor P21 environment.
- Knowledge of SSMS, SQL, Crystal Reports, and other relevant technologies.
