JOB OVERVIEW
Saint Bernard support staff employees are highly motivated and self driven. As a member of the
support team your main focus is to routinely clean and “zone” the store, work the dressing room,
support the sales staff, display merchandise, restock inventory, load and unload incoming shipments, and other varying duties. You are also knowledgeable regarding our customers needs. As support staff you greet incoming customers, direct them towards their desired product, and ring up their items to complete the sale. The best characteristics you can display are friendly, outgoing, energetic, willing to take initiative, speedy with the POS system, and detail oriented to ensure accurate transaction procedures at the registers and throughout the store. This position requires a comfortable and confident team player attitude.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Availability to work on a fulltime throughout holidays
• Organization, reliability, and a great attitude are a must
• Excellent customer service skills
• Open availability and flexibility to work nights and weekends and holidays, including
opening and closing shifts to meet the needs of the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS:
Supporting Sales Associates
Cleaning the store
Clearing out dressing rooms
Restocking inventory
Ring up Sales
Greeting and assisting Customers when they first walk in
Assumes and completes other duties as assigned by store management
Demonstrate proficiency and accuracy on the Point of Sale system
Keeping merchandise displays orderly
Loading and unloading deliveries
Uses sound judgment when making decisions
Assumes and completes other duties as assigned by store management.
Customer Service focused
Excellent customer service skills, as well as strong knowledge of the brands we carry
Participate in and attend all store meetings and other related functions
