Our client is an Am law firm, seeking a securities litigation associate with 3-5 years of experience for its New York or Northern New Jersey offices. The salary for this position is between $260k to $365k.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of complex securities litigation as well as document discovery experience.
- Strong academic credentials.
- New York or New Jersey bar [depending on jurisdiction of practice].
- Excellent writing, verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent client-interfacing skills; team focused.
