As our Customer Service Manager in Naperville, IL, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to direct our call center and processing operations, while maintaining the highest level of customer service to members, producers, and internal stakeholders. You will take ownership of managing and directing staff in all aspects of our inforce servicing business and enhancing systems and processes to ensure staff and technology resources are most effective and efficient. You will be expected to be a subject matter expert on our products, procedures, and regulations. To be successful in the role, you must demonstrate the ability to be accountable, flexible, collaborative, creative, self-aware, motivating, highly detail oriented and extremely organized, with a sense of urgency. You will exhibit leadership through clear communication, effective listening, and critical thinking, and problem solving skills. Bachelor’s degree preferred or a combination of education and 3-5 years of relevant experience.
The expected hiring range will be $70,000 - $100,000 annually and will depend on a variety of factors to include, but not limited to, location, experience, education, skill level, and other relevant factors. Our workweek is based on 36.25 hours.
