One of our FinTech Clients is looking for an exceptional Loan Member Support Specialist to join their team. The Loan Member Support Specialist will enjoy helping others and is passionate about delivering high-quality interactions. The Loan Member Support Specialist will be a team player with a positive attitude and will collaborate with team members in a supportive work environment.
The Loan Member Support Specialist will be the first point of contact for customers who have questions about loans and will be providing basic financial education. The Loan Member Support Specialist will provide clear and concise explanations of financial terms and concepts. The Loan Member Support Specialist will ensure customers have the best interaction and act as a trusted resource for them.
This position is going to initially start out on contract but has the potential to go on for several years. This position can also offer a strong compensation package along with Medical, Vision, and Dental coverage along with a 401k plan
- 2-3 years’ experience in excellent phone skills with a warm and friendly personality
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including setting up custom objects, workflows, and generating insightful reports
- Experience in a call center environment (inbound or outbound)
- Ability to focus on quality interactions and build trust with members
- Provide clear and concise explanations of financial terms, terms, and loans
- Proven experience in resolving complex customer issues and effectively managing escalations with both internal and external teams
- Familiarity with mortgages, credit cards, and personal loans is a plus
