The Role
It is essential in this position to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in order to partner with stakeholders and lead global distributed engineering teams across multiple disciplines.
As Director of Engineering, it is expected that you would lead design and map bleeding edge digital solutions whilst fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
Requirements\Qualifications
- 8+ Years of experience in the Financial Services sector
- Proven experience of leading large cross functional teams
- Superb communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality software solutions within budget, and to a clearly defined deadline
- Solid technical background preferably within financial platforms
Salary: $250k base + Bonus
