Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies, including RFP initiatives, commodity sourcing, and price negotiation.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and streamline procurement policies and procedures.
- Oversee purchase order management and enhance control processes.
- Provide training and support to staff and branches.
- Manage supplier performance and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.
General Duties:
- Prepare reports and communication materials.
- Administer company policies and support special projects.
- Communicate with internal departments and vendors to improve efficiency.
- Conduct expense analyses and support upper management in policy adherence.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with the construction process and equipment rental is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Education and Experience:
- High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3 years of sales and operational experience in construction or industrial services preferred.
- Basic knowledge of the construction rental equipment industry or related fields.
