We are seeking a detail-focused Clean Room Operator to join the 2nd shift team at a manufacturer in Asheville, North Carolina.
Pay starts at $18.00-$20.00 per hour, operating on 2nd shift 4:00pm-12:30am Monday-Friday. Employees are eligible to enroll in our Medical, Dental, Vision, and other benefit plans after 60 days of employment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED/equivalent preferred; relevant work experience also considered
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Able to follow all clean room gowning and PPE requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols
- Able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
The Clean Room Operator is responsible for operating manufacturing equipment and performing production tasks in a clean room environment, strictly adhering to proper gowning procedures safety guidelines, and ensuring a safe work environment. As a Clean Room Operator, you will assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and perform routine maintenance tasks and collaborate with team members to determine and implement process improvements. Clean Room Operators also maintain accurate documentation of production activities and perform data analysis as required.
