Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to join our team as a Government Partnerships & Service Experience Lead. This role will be instrumental in managing our government partnerships, handling administrative tasks, providing customer support, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our service design. The ideal candidate will have a background in the public sector and possess exceptional interpersonal skills, particularly in client relations. This is an on-site role located in Los Angeles, CA.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with government partners and stakeholders
• Provide high-quality customer support to our government clients and end-users.
• Identify areas for improvement in our service delivery process and propose innovative solutions.
• Manage administrative tasks related to government partnerships, including agreements, scheduling, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct user research and implement service design improvements.
• Assist with various HR-related tasks as needed.
• Create and maintain documentation for internal processes and client-facing materials.
Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in the public sector or related experience
• Strong understanding of government operations and processes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience in customer support or client success roles
• Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving
• Familiarity with service design principles and methodologies
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment
Preferred Qualifications
• Master's degree in Public Administration, Public Policy, Business, or a related field
• Experience working with govtech or civic technology companies
• Experience as a director or liaison between the public and community sectors
• Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles and practices
• Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools
