Job Title: Analytical QC Associate III
Location: San Diego, CA
Salary: $38-$42 per hour
We are currently seeking an experienced Analytical QC Associate III to join our team. This role is critical for supporting Operations and Process Development through detailed analytical testing and methodological advancements in Quality Control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct both routine and complex analytical testing independently.
- Engage in method development, qualification, and validation to meet international standards and client specifications.
- Manage quality investigations including deviations and out-of-trend results, and develop corrective actions.
- Perform routine laboratory maintenance tasks, ensuring a clean and safe work environment and adequate supplies.
- Document procedures and results meticulously, adhering to cGMP guidelines, SOPs, and test methods.
- Train and guide new analysts, ensuring compliance with departmental procedures and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biological Sciences, Bioengineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of QC experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years with a Master’s degree.
- Proven experience in method development and qualification, particularly with ELISAs and HPLCs.
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks related to operations, technology transfers, and analytical testing.
- Ability to lead projects and adhere to timelines effectively.
