Role Description
As the General Manager at Playbound, you will oversee the daily operations of our business, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will also manage and mentor our staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Your role will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction, as you will be the driving force behind delivering exceptional experiences to our clients.
In addition to operational duties, you will develop and implement business strategies that promote growth and expand our reach within the community. You will also play a key role in managing our social media presence and crafting and executing strategies that enhance our brand visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless and efficient functioning.
• Manage, train, and support staff, encouraging professional development and teamwork.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality service standards.
• Develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and profitability.
• Manage and optimize the company’s social media presence, including content creation and community engagement.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
