Job Summary:
Dexian is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Associate - Second Shift for an opportunity with a client located in Boston, MA.
Responsibilities:
- Perform clinical product manufacturing for cell therapy in accordance with cGMP standards, including assembling raw materials, adhering to standard operating procedures (SOP), practicing aseptic technique, completing batch records, and reporting any deviations
- Lead and assist in aseptic technique processes, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and sterility
- Contribute to technology transfer and process development from the Development team to Manufacturing, including the development of SOPs or other necessary documentation in collaboration with Quality and Development teams
- Ensure timely identification and availability of raw materials for manufacturing activities, including the transfer of materials into the clean-room suite with appropriate sanitization procedures
- Support the Operations team to ensure proper coordination of resources and workflow
- Maintain cGMP compliance through consistent and accurate execution of tasks
- Demonstrate key organizational behaviors, including leadership by example, commitment to learning and development, fostering collaboration, driving results, and promoting a culture of innovation and enterprise thinking
- Undertake additional duties and projects as needed to meet the evolving requirements of the department
Requirements:
- Proven ability to follow both verbal and written instructions with accuracy
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a GMP environment
- At least 6 months of hands-on experience with cell culture and demonstrated proficiency in aseptic techniques
- Basic proficiency in computer applications, including Word, Outlook, and equipment-specific interfaces
- A High School diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience in a related field
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Solid documentation skills to ensure accurate and compliant record-keeping
