Job Title: Project Manager
Work Location: Brentwood, TN (Hybrid – Onsite)\
Required Experience: 07+ Years
Technical Skills (Primary, must have):
- Scrum Master certification is a must CSM / PSM / ASM
- Min 7 to 10 years of proven working experience as a Project Manager / Scrum Master and handling multiple vendors
- Experience in Agile methodologies facilitating Scrum Ceremonies and coaching agile practices to ensure adoption of best practices
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks Scrum Kanban etc. and best practices
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans including scope schedules resource allocation and budgets
- Experience in managing customer project and with vendor team or knowledge
- Ability to manage end to end project life cycle and possess complete ownership of the project
- Project planning scope management Release management and other project management skills
- Experience in Identify assess and manage project risks and issues implementing effective mitigation strategies
- Proficiency with project management software and related tools including but not limited to JIRA Trello Asana etc.
- Exceptional leadership stakeholder management time management managing geographically dispersed teams and solid organizational skills including attention to detail
- Gather and analyze feedback to ensure project objectives are aligned with stakeholder expectations
- Working knowledge of change management and performance evaluation processes
- Excellent problem solving multitasking analytical and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle high pressure situations and deadlines
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Technical Skills (Secondary, nice to have not mandatory):
- Technical background in software development Java Angular and AWS is a plus
- PMP certification will add as an advantage.
Soft Skills:
- Insurance Domain Knowledge
- Excellent client facing and communication skills
- Willingness to work from office 3 days a week
- Flexible working hours to accommodate different time zones and regular interactions with offshore
