Are you an experienced HR Generalist with a solid background in HR operations and ADP systems? We're seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team in Downtown Sacramento!
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance.
- Manage payroll processing and HRIS tasks using ADP.
- Support performance management, employee development, and engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance HR efficiencies.
Requirements:
- Proven 3+ experience as an HR Generalist.
- Proficiency in ADP.
- Experienced in payroll processing.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
