Avesta Housing is looking for an organized and detail oriented individual to assist with the management of our portfolio of affordable housing developments in the role of Property Management Assistant in the Greater Portland area.

- Strong math and analytical skills.
- Ability to complete tasks on a timely basis.
- Excellent analytical and negotiating skills.
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office products.

This is a full-time (37.5 hours/week), non-exempt position. Hourly starting range is $19.00 - $20.50 per hour.
Work Location
This position is based in Greater Portland and will require travel to a portfolio of properties throughout the area. This is an on-site role with some opportunity for remote work.
