Position Overview:
As our NetSuite Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting and optimizing our NetSuite platform, ensuring it aligns with our business goals. Key Responsibilities:
- NetSuite Support: Assist in administering, configuring, and maintaining our NetSuite platform to meet the needs of the business.
- Learning & Development: Work alongside experienced team members to learn best practices in NetSuite administration, customization, and process improvement.
- User Assistance: Provide support to end-users by troubleshooting basic issues, answering questions, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Data Management: Help maintain data integrity and participate in data entry, migration, and auditing tasks.
- System Enhancement: Contribute ideas and suggestions for system enhancements and process improvements to help drive efficiency.
- Training: Assist in creating and delivering training materials for end-users, helping them to make the most of the NetSuite system.
Qualifications:
- Passion: A strong passion for the motor vehicle parts manufacturing industry and a desire to be part of a company that is shaping the future of automotive technology.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience working with NetSuite or other ERP systems is a plus, but we are open to training a candidate who demonstrates a strong willingness to learn.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of ERP systems, with a willingness to learn SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder.
- Problem-Solving: An eagerness to tackle challenges and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
- Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Education: An associate's or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field is preferred, but not required if you have relevant experience or a strong passion for the industry.
- Location: Must be able to work onsite in San Diego, CA.
