Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Architect/Manager at IN2 Architecture in Dallas, TX. The Project Architect/Manager will be responsible for overseeing the architectural design and construction projects, managing project timelines and budgets, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and leading the construction documentation phase of projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and contractors
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction processes
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Previous experience in architectural project management, 5 years preferred
- Professional licensure as an Architect is preferred
