POSITION TYPE: Full-Time
POSITION SUMMARY:
The HR Coordinator position will be key in assisting at all levels in the Human Resource Department. This position will perform administrative HR tasks, provide office support, and will require constant communication.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN HUMAN RESOURCES:
- Manage the hiring process including drafting and posting job openings, scheduling and assisting with interviews, consulting manager on candidate selection, and administering offer process.
- Manage pre-employment screening process
- Maintain work structure by managing job requirements & applicant flow in ATS
- Manage company uniform program
- Coordinate monthly HR department staff meetings and schedule other meetings as required
- Responsible for leave administration
- Responsible for administering company training program
- May assist with work overflow or special projects
- Preparing necessary reports and forms
- Responsible for virtual & in-person new hire onboardings
- Responsible for recruitment by reviewing applications, phone screening, etc.
- Communicating with locations for hiring needs
- Track pre-employment testing & follow up
- Assist with scheduling for retail locations.
- Additional duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Capable of maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in difficult situations
- Excellent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office are required
- HRIS knowledge & experience preferred
