Life Sciences Intellectual Property Income Partner - Portable business not required
Our client is a top firm, seeking an income partner for its intellectual property practice in all east coast offices, including NY, PA, NJ, NC, SC, DC, FL, IL, MA, and DE. The salary range is $240k to $290k [without portable business].
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience in global patent prosecution and opinion work relating to life sciences, particularly in biotech/pharma.
- Familiarity with all aspects of patent prosecution and counseling, with a preference for licensing and agreement work.
- Degree in biological sciences - Ph.D. is strongly preferred.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
- Small amount of portable business is a plus [not required].
- State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.
Additional Information
This role offers a hybrid schedule with 3 days/week in the office.
