JOB DESCRIPTION:
The group uses Workday Adaptive Planning to manage its global licensing forecasts. The Sr. Product Manager will work with key stakeholders (business analyst, architect, QA analyst, and other technical resources) to deliver solutions. The individual needs to have a cross-system perspective of solutions that span multiple disciplines (Contract Lifecycle Management and Revenue Accounting). The Lead Software Engineer will focus on the following key responsibility areas: Solution Development, and Production Support while interacting with onshore and offshore development resources, vendors, professional service providers, and global business partners.
Primary Responsibilities
• Become familiar with the current Adaptive Planning application and infrastructure architecture Solution
• Work with current Implementation Partner to document solutions to enhancements or bug fixes
• Support system testing (QA / SIT / UAT / E2E / Performance)
Basic Qualifications ***This role requires experience with Workday Adaptive Planning
***Workday Adaptive certification is required
Required Education BA in Comp Sci, IS, Eng, Finance, Accounting, etc.
Preferred Education MBA or other advanced degree
Preferred Qualifications
• Excellent communication abilities - written and oral.
• Good time management and organization skills.
• Provide good estimates and realistic implementation schedules for tasks, projects and initiatives.
• Financial industry background and Intellectual property licensing experience
