Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Family Law Attorney at The Law Office of Bryan Fagan in San Antonio, TX. The Family Law Attorney will be responsible for handling divorce cases, child custody matters, property division, spousal support, and other family law issues. The attorney will also be involved in preparing and filing legal documents, conducting legal research, representing clients in court, and negotiating settlements.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of family law and legal issues related to divorce
- Experience in handling motions, depositions, and court hearings
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the State Bar of Texas
- Experience in mediation and alternative dispute resolution is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus
