Our client is seeking an Acquisition Analyst to join their team!
Responsibilities:
- Analysis for potential property acquisitions
- Preparing detailed cash flow modelling and development pro-formas
- Draft partnership agreements, purchase agreements, waivers and amendments
- Research market data, trends, and comparable transactions
- Assist with the due diligence process for acquisitions
- Prepare internal reports for presentation of new opportunities
- Additional duties as directed
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in acquisitions with financial modeling/underwriting minimum
- Bachelors degree
