Job Description
A large plastics manufacturing client in the Romeoville, IL area is seeking a Quality Manager to join their team. This individual will be responsible for maintaining and improving the company-wide quality system that focuses on customer satisfaction, defect prevention, and continuous improvement. In addition, this individual will manage the material review board, internal/external audits, document control, and record reviews. Additionally, they will oversee and manage a staff of Quality Technicians and Specialists and lead continuous improvement efforts.
Pay: 95-120k
