Product Analyst Key Qualifications - Industry equivalent is MDM Analyst
Analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills; able to analyze issues,
including large data sets, to determine root causes and recommend solutions
System knowledge: SAP, Agile
Working knowledge of Excel and Tableau
System configuration management, translating BOM setup into system readiness,
comparing systems Change Management & Document Control: Setting up workflow
roles, auditing changes for accuracy, system validations interpersonal and
verbal/written communication
Ability to adjust priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage
multiple projects simultaneously
Description:
- Supports NPI, Sustaining, and compliance System Readiness. Work with upstream and downstream partners to troubleshoot and triage tickets
- Seamlessly support multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to set priorities across NPI, sustain programs and projects, and pivot between LOBs.
- Manage program implementation of Agile ECR, ECO, and MCO analysis, processing submissions to minimize processing time, data accuracy, and data integrity between submission and implementation, optimizing department throughput and SLA.
- Communicate project status.
- Identify areas of improvement or gaps in current processes and develop strategies to promote efficiency and productivity.
