Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Project Manager in planning and coordinating all phases of construction, from initial design to final completion.
- Developing and managing project schedules, coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
- Assisting in budget preparation, monitoring expenses, and ensuring that the project stays within financial constraints.
- Enforce safety protocols and regulations, promoting a safe work environment for all team members.
- Guarantee all projects fully comply with local building codes, regulations, and luxury quality standards specific to custom home construction in Florida.
- Monitor project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet deadlines and budgets.
- Prepare and present detailed progress reports to senior management and clients, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and solutions.
Requirements:
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is mandatory.
- Candidates will ideally have experience in a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager role.
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities are essential.
- Regularly visiting the project site to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members, clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship in every aspect of the build process.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and find practical solutions quickly.
