Fully Remote - Part-Time Executive Assistant to Principal
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Executive Assistant to support the Principal of a high-net-worth family office. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both written and spoken Spanish, with Portuguese considered a plus. This fully remote position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the flexibility to manage a variety of tasks related to the Principal’s professional and personal matters.
Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events across multiple time zones.
- Travel Coordination: Assist with booking international and domestic travel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation through a travel agency.
- Document Execution: Facilitate the signing, organizing, and processing of legal and financial documents as needed.
- Correspondence: Handle internal and external communications on behalf of the Principal, including drafting emails and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Expense Management: Track, organize, and process personal expenses; ensure records are accurate and up to date.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various personal and professional administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken); Portuguese is a plus.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably supporting high-net-worth individuals or family offices.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities across different time zones.
- Strong proficiency with remote collaboration tools and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
- Familiarity with international travel coordination and managing multiple schedules.
Compensation: $25-$45/hr
