Seeking an experienced creative who can excel in both the strategy and the execution of Zia's original content, including still photography, video, and graphic design. This senior role will execute in-house shoots for Zia's website and branded content including product photography, still and video ads, editorial production and edits, and more.
Responsibilities
- Develop and pitch strategic creative direction for still and video projects
- Manage and execute in-house product shoots featuring tile for ecommerce and lifestyle placements
- Handle editing, color-correction, and formatting of final assets
- Own content library and manage licensing of external and partner content
- Ability to manage priorities and time well, to balance multiple projects at one time
Qualifications
- 5 years in creative production focused on physical goods - interiors, beauty, and small luxury goods are a great fit
- Expert level photo and video work with an emphasis on natural lighting
- Experience in still photography, video production, editing, and graphic design
- Knowledge of web, advertising, and social platforms
- Breadth of style and design capability
- Creative thinker, confident in developing and pitching big ideas
- Excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude. Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a small team
- Must provide portfolio of past work
