Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager with a proven track record in utilizing Rippling for streamlined HR and payroll management. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Rippling’s HRIS and its various functionalities, alongside strong leadership skills to drive our HR initiatives and ensure the smooth operation of our HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rippling Expertise: Leverage Rippling to manage employee records, benefits, payroll, compliance, and other HR-related functions. Optimize and troubleshoot Rippling processes to ensure accurate and efficient HR operations.
- HR Strategy & Compliance: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and compliance requirements. Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, and update policies as needed.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a culture of inclusivity and engagement.
- Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes. Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and support talent acquisition strategies.
- Training & Development: Design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and align with organizational objectives. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
- Data Management & Reporting: Utilize Rippling’s reporting tools to generate insights and reports on HR metrics, including turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and compliance. Use data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management with a strong focus on Rippling. Proven ability to use Rippling effectively for various HR functions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Rippling HRIS and related tools.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, employment law, and compliance.
