I am looking for a Contract Change Manager to join my client to help as the go through an acquisition.
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Change Manager with expertise in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) to lead organizational change initiatives during integration processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management methodologies and a deep understanding of the complexities involved in M&A activities. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to assess impact, develop change strategies, and implement plans that ensure smooth transitions. Key responsibilities include stakeholder management, communication planning, risk mitigation, and employee engagement throughout the integration journey.
