Job Duties:
- Collect evidence of insurance, other policy documentation, and the premium invoice for escrowed loans upon insurance policy expiration.
- Create, maintain, and update commercial mortgage insurance and servicing system files.
- Provide premier customer service to lenders, borrowers, agents, and other staff.
- Analyze received documentation, ensure accuracy of presented information, and involve the insurance analyst as needed for discrepancies.
- Disburse insurance premiums from applicable escrow accounts and determine the course of action in the event of insufficient funds.
- Monitor and maintain various reports, dashboards, and manage the Insurance Team's Outlook inbox.
- Understand insurance and mortgage terminology.
- Maintain loan event tracking and process certain loan events in a timely manner for the Insurance Department.
- Regularly communicate workload status, ensuring the timely completion of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
- Provide overflow support and perform other reasonable tasks/projects for the Insurance Department as needed.
Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; or equivalent business experience.
- 1-3 years of office experience preferred. Experience in insurance, mortgage loans, or business/finance is a plus!
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure; able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Effective customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy required.

- Schedule: 8am - 4:30 pm M-F.
- Location: 100% onsite
- Pay: $23-$28/hr
