Work Schedule: M-F 8:00a - 5:00p (onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
SAP knowledge required.
Billing assistance: checking for accuracy, enter data to finalize for invoicing.
Communication w/Service Delivery Coordinators - managing tickets ie. entering in system.
General office tasks such as filing or support as needed.
Order suppliers through Ariba.
Office and administrative assistance to teams or individuals. Should not include calendar management and other "personal support" agenda. Works together with people from the business unit. Contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards specifying activities, planning of activities and giving explanations on technical issues. Handles standardized project processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Some latitude in ways of working and planning. Handles targeted clients. Works on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from those conditions.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services).
