We're looking for someone like you to join our team and take on a unique role that blends clinical support with expanded administrative duties. In this role, you'll assist with dental procedures and become the linchpin in managing and closing major patient cases after the doctor's initial consultations.
What You'll Do:
- Elevate Your Role: Step beyond traditional duties and embrace expanded administrative responsibilities. From managing case files to coordinating essential follow-ups, you'll be at the heart of our operational efficiency
- Case Closure Champion: Take charge of closing cases once the doctor has completed consultations, ensuring every detail is attended to and nothing slips through the cracks
- Patient Liaison Extraordinaire: Act as the main point of contact for our patients, collaborating with other practices to provide top-notch service and address any patient needs with professionalism and care

- Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 9 AM to 5 PM, some Fridays and weekends as needed
