MUST have FOR PROFIT Acute Care Hospital experience as a CNO.
Administrative responsibility for nursing standards and practice. Directs hospital nursing activities within context of hospital policies and procedures. Develops and implements overall nursing plan consistent with hospital policies and objectives, to provide continuous nursing care and services.
- Licensed RN with a BSN, Masters required, MSN or MHA.
- 5+ years of CNO experience in a for profit healthcare organization.
- Prior experience in Joint Commission preparation and survey process.
