Marketing Assistant
Hybrid Role: El Segundo
Job Description: As a Marketing Assistant, you will support the marketing team in executing campaigns, conducting market research, and creating content. This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Administrative Support to Management and team
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and target audiences.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, newsletters, blogs, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate and support the planning of marketing events, trade shows, and product launches.
- Provide Support in presentation creation and social media content calendar management
- Manage and update the company’s website and social media profiles.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, maintaining marketing calendars, and organizing marketing assets.
- Support the team in developing and maintaining relationships with partners, vendors, and clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a marketing role or internship is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools like Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing software.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with an eye for detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to contribute innovative ideas.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing trends is a plus.
