The TRG Growth Practice is currently engaged by one of our top clients in the Manufacturing & Industrial Sector to identify their Regional Environmental Manager. This role will drive a world class environmental program for thriving business units throughout Virginia , as they continue to expand through M&A growth and Market Demand.
This is an exceptional opportunity for someone to come in and drive positive change in a great situation! You won’t be stepping into a mess, but rather helping our client architect a world-class program for future growth in a critical area of the business. This role will shape and grow their team and will have top down buy-in to make this program what they need to be.

Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 2+ Years in Manufacturing OR Construction
- Experience with state and federal environmental regulations and processes
- Strategic Thinker with Lean Mindset
