Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Concrete Project Manager/Sales position at City Park Construction in Dallas, TX. The role involves overseeing concrete projects, managing sales processes, coordinating with clients and teams, and ensuring project delivery meets quality standards and timelines.
Qualifications
- Experience with Flatwork and Ready Mix Concrete
- Strong project management and sales skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Relevant experience in the construction industry
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid government issued Driver's License
- A minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Familiarity with equipment, materials, and methods used in the concrete industry.
- Must be familiar with Concrete Sales.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and allocate resources as needed.
- Ability to work with management to resolve any issues that arise on a project.
- Must be knowledgeable of safety procedures and practices.
- Must be accustomed to working outdoors with exposure to all weather conditions.
- Able to operate a computer and other office machines with working knowledge of Microsoft Office with a proficiency in Word and Excel.
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Spanish speaking a plus
