Title: Tier 2 Technician
Location: San Antonio, Texas - onsite 100%
Contract: 6 month contract with high possibility for extensions
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm CST
Pay: $15-16/hr on W2, paid weekly
Apex Systems is looking for multiple Tier II Technicians to support one of our largest government clients.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be able and willing to sit onsite in San Antonio, TX
- Minimum 1+ years of experience support/troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 10
- Minimum 1+ year experience support/troubleshooting Microsoft O365
- Tier 1 Support Experience
- Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
- Good communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
- Good organization, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service

- College Degree
- Troubleshooting Experience
- PC Refresh Experience
Role Description
- Provides PC Refresh/Imaging of Hardware/Software –configuring of software, hardware, and peripherals.
- Performs support services to upgrade laptops.
- Serves as customer contact on technical and service-related problems to ensure the upgraded units are functioning properly, can connect to the network, and end user can access the devices and data.
- Diagnoses mechanical, hardware, software and system issues using established procedures.
