The Chattanooga office of Copeland Stair Valz and Lovell is seeking a lateral attorney. This role will primarily support the professional liability group, including matters involving professional negligence cases against attorneys, design professionals, and real estate professionals. Prior experience with insurance defense work is preferred. In this role, the right candidate will the have the opportunity to gain real-world experience relatively quickly, including depositions, site visits, and other hands-on case activities. An active Tennessee bar license is required.
