- 5+ years of experience managing a development team building customer-facing software products
- 10+ years of experience shipping software products
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Azure creating event-driven applications using Azure Functions, ServiceBus, CosmosDB, etc.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse remote teams
