Enterprise Analyst

Job Summary
The Enterprise Analyst will work closely with IT and be a member of cross-functional teams supporting Brooksource and their Government Client's IT initiatives. Responsibilities include analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity via technology. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of business operations and IT systems.
Principle Responsibilities: (Essential Function)
- Software Development Analysis, including detailed Business Requirement, Functional Design/Specification, QA/UAT Testing, Implementation and Post-Implementation processes.
- Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
- Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.
- Coordinate the efforts of team members and, where appropriate, third parties in order to deliver business initiatives
- according to requirements.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to improve procedures and processes, resolve system deficiencies and implement
- enhancements.
- Proactively seeks opportunities to improve processes and procedures in support of customer satisfaction.
- Closely liaise with cross functional team members and Management on an on-going basis.
- Assist the EA Management team with process improvement and other duties not specifically related to specific initiatives.
- Undertake tasks as required.
- Provide administrative support as needed.

- Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and tasks
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Advanced skills with MS products, including Project, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
- Advanced data analysis and reporting skills using Excel, Access or SAS
- Advanced understanding of Project Management, Analysis, and Software Development Best Practices
- Education:
- Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 3 years' experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is requested. MBA or relevant
- certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.

- This position will be full-time in office initially, with opportunities to remote work after approximately 30-60 days
