The Role:
The team at Sunbit is looking for an outgoing, organized, and ambitious Office Administrator to join our Las Vegas, Nevada office. Your primary duties will be to manage the daily needs of our office. This is an exciting opportunity for a smart, driven, and organized professional who has demonstrated he/she is able to execute projects, problem-solve and work with multiple shifting priorities.
Please Note: This position is in a Call Center, in office (non-remote) environment
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Keep office organized, stocked and cleaned on a daily basis
- Ordering office supplies
- Picking up and organizing mail
- Scanning mail
- Preparing shipments as needed
- Welcoming visitors to the office
- Helping New Hires Onboard
- Serve as a liaison with landlord and building management and vendors
- Fulfilling office orders and office request from stakeholders
- Office upkeep
- Handles all office communication
- Manage in-office moves
- Calendar and supervise maintenance of office equipment including copier, fax machine, and phones
- Coordinate employee safety, welfare and wellness
- Provide support to employees working in office
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Other duties as needed
What You Bring to the Table:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly and helpful demeanor
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role
- Working knowledge of office processes
- Use of automobile to pick up mail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proven problem solving ability with long-term view – able to not only resolve issues quickly, but analyze and evaluate information to develop robust, comprehensive long-term solutions if needed
- Ability to manage competing demands and handle frequent change or unexpected events
