Job Summary: You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process for custom-built homes. This includes coordinating with clients, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project execution. - Manage and coordinate all aspects of custom home construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to establish project goals, objectives, and timelines.
- Develop detailed project schedules and ensure adherence to timelines throughout the construction process.
- Procure necessary permits and licenses and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work and ensure conformance to design specifications and quality standards.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and approve payments to subcontractors and suppliers.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and manage expectations.
- Lead and mentor project team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and organized for archival purposes.
