As a Licensed Nursing Assistant - LNA, you will work under the direction of Licensed/Registered Nurses to provide basic care to our patients/residents. Your work will directly impact patient outcomes as the primary caregiver and you get to spend more time with patients/residents than any other team members, including nurses. SPECIFIC EDUCATIONAL/VOCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: 1. They must be a graduate of an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by AOTA & ACOTE standards; or 2. They must have a Bachelor's degree from an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by AOTA & ACOTE standards plus 5 years of progressively responsible OT experience. 3. They must have initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. 4. They must be able to practice occupational therapy per state guidelines. 5. The Senior Therapist OT must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice. 6. A thorough knowledge of Medicare and third party billing is required. 7. Prefer a minimum of four years of experience, preferably in LTC.
