Position: Procurement
Location: White Plains, NY 10601
Duration: 12+ months contract with possibility of extension
Project Overview
To assist in Governance arm of Procurement department with quality assurance and compliance activities resulting in increased accuracy of contract data and minimization of manual efforts associated there with.
Job Functions & Responsibilities
• Assist with data/documents for executive meetings
• Assist with weekly, monthly data compliance efforts
• Assist with compellation of training documentation including procurement manual
Skills
• Familiarity with creating and modifying PowerPoint presentations
• Excellent Excel skills and able to execute formulas on demand
• Comfortable conducting research on procurement topics and preparation of summaries thereof
• Comfortable providing suggestions of improvements to existing processes based on experience
• Able to work as part of a team; dependable, punctual and pleasant
• Able to schedule workday to see tasks through to completion in a timely manner
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Education & Certifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• Proficiency with tools such as MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and other office products
• Knowledge of SAP, a plus.
• Knowledge of PowerBI, a plus.
