Responsibilities:
- Prepare test samples according to specifications.
- Collect data meticulously, ensuring adherence to testing requirements.
- Program test chambers for various simulations.
- Create and document test setups, including preparation and photography.
- Wire test modules and conduct leak testing for accurate results.
- Perform terminal crimp cross-sectioning, tensile testing, and spray testing.
- Utilize knowledge of data loggers, video magnification systems, oscilloscopes, frequency generators, source-measure units, dielectric withstand testers, meggers, force gauges, vibration equipment, sound level meters, and digital thermometers to enhance testing procedures.
Requirements:
- Proficient in the use of hand tools, torque wrenches, digital multimeters, power supplies, micrometers, calipers, soldering equipment, and pressure vacuum gauges.
- Familiarity with a variety of testing instruments and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in testing procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Working Conditions:
- Wage: $41,000 - $52,000 per year.
- Shift: First Shift, Monday - Friday.
