Position Summary:
Under the supervision of healthcare provider, performs EEG's awake and asleep. Performs technological duties associated with electroencephalographic (EEG) scans, providing doctors with information regarding neurological and nervous system activity.
Reports to: Cardiopulmonary Director
FLSA: Non-exempt
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum EducationX High school diploma or equivalent X Required

Required SkillsEmployee must have exceptional communication skills and work with physicians to provide care and diagnostic testing for the patient. Ability to do EMGs, and nerve conduction studies preferred but not mandatory.Drag Edit Delete
Required SkillsCertifications:
X Basic Life Support- within 30 days of hire
*ACLS certification supersedes BLS as it is a higher level certification
X EEG certification required upon hire.
X Registry in discipline preferred
