Job Description:
Insight Global is seeking a Technical Support Representative that serves as the initial point of contact for assisting customers with our elemental analysis instrumentation. When a customer requires support, this individual engages with them via email, phone, and MS Teams to diagnose the issue. Depending on the complexity, they may resolve it over the phone by following a set of questions and procedures. Alternatively, they gather comprehensive details and devise a plan for a Technical Service or Field Service Engineer to address the matter.
Compensation:
$24-$30/hour
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
